Air rates are not yet available.
We are working with The Travel Store, a full service travel agency based in Cincinnati. They will be collecting the money and working with each of us to ensure that we all obtain the cabin category that we prefer and to make arrangements for the airfare. You can also work with them to book a pre-or post-cruise hotel package if you would like to come early or stay after the cruise.

The Travel Store is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 10:00am until 3:00pm and and via phone on Sunday from 12 noon until 4:00 pm or by appointment.
To hold your space on the cruise, you simply need to make a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $25 per person by October 9, 2008. A second non-refundable deposit of $50 per person is due on January 5, 2009. A third deposit of $75 per person is due on June 25, 2009
Space on the cruise is limited. Your initial deposit locks in your space and the rate. If you choose to make your initial deposit after the deadline, the rate is dependent upon availability and could be up to $100 per person higher.
To hold a category 12 or 11 (Suite Categories), the full deposit of $150 per person is due on September 22nd.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel for any reason, the following cancellation penalties apply:
Deposit date to July 6, 2009 $75 per person
July 7 to August 18, 2009 50% per person
7 days or less prior to sailing No Refund
